These terms apply to businesses that use Flowpal's AI messaging assistant and dashboard ("the Service"). A signed agreement with Flowpal, if any, takes priority over these terms.
Flowpal connects to a business's Instagram professional account and/or Facebook Page, with the business's permission, to reply to customer messages, take orders and show conversations in a dashboard.
The Service depends on Meta and other providers. Their rules, changes and outages are outside our control. AI replies may not always be perfect; a human handover is available for this reason.
You keep ownership of your data and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect Flowpal at any time from your Instagram or Facebook settings or by contacting us. We may suspend the Service for misuse or breach of these terms or of Meta's policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Flowpal is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
