Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Flowpal to delete your data at any time.

If you are a business that connected Flowpal

1. Remove Flowpal's access: on Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites → Flowpal → Remove; on Facebook go to Settings → Business integrations → Flowpal → Remove.
2. Email privacy@flowpal.co from your business email with the subject "Data deletion request" and your account or Page name.

If you messaged a business that uses Flowpal

Email privacy@flowpal.co with the subject "Data deletion request", the business you messaged, and your Instagram username or Facebook name.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days and delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. We will send you a confirmation when it is done.
